History and Mandate

Cresol Agri-Agency is an organization of the Cresol System for national and international cooperation. It has been accredited with AGRICORD, the Global Alliance of Agri-Agencies since 2018, through the Cresol Institute. Using the principles of South-South Cooperation, we are committed to sharing the experiences of the Cresol System's 28 years of existence, which have contributed to strengthening cooperativism in Brazil.

Mission and Approach

With a focus on Latin America and Africa, Cresol Agri-Agency seeks to promote solidarity cooperatives and the strengthening of cooperative organizations as a strategy to overcome the realities of rural poverty.

Using the principles of South-South Cooperation, we are committed to sharing the experiences of the Cresol System's 28 years of existence, which have contributed to strengthening cooperativism in Brazil.

As a cooperative organization of the Cresol System, Cresol Agri-Agency is a signatory to the principles of cooperativism, guided by the International Cooperative Alliance (ICA) and seeks to contribute in a practical way to the agenda of the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
